Using a specialized CNC Diamond Cut lathe and over 35 years of experience, we restore the original two-tone factory shine to your wheels with millimeter precision (even face-only recutting with clear coat protection), following the process below:

Wheel Inspection & Straightening

Before mounting on the lathe, we ensure the wheel is completely true and straight. If needed, alloy wheel repair is performed first to ensure a flawless result.

Base Powder Coating (Background)

We apply electrostatic powder coating to the inner barrel and spoke pockets (in black, anthracite, or silver) to create the desired two-tone contrast, if requested.

Digital Laser Probing & Profile Mapping

The CNC digital probe scans the face contour of the wheel, creating a precise computer profile for the exact cutting path.

Precision Diamond Cutting (CNC)

The natural diamond-tipped cutting tool removes a microscopic layer of aluminum, revealing the iconic, reflective factory mirror finish.

Specialized Acrylic Clear Coat

We apply a high-adhesion clear coat formulated specifically for diamond cut alloy wheels, sealing the bare metal against moisture, road salts, and oxidation.

Oven Curing & FREE Wheel Balancing

The protective clear coat is baked in the curing oven for maximum durability, and we deliver your wheels with electronic wheel balancing completely free of charge.
