Electrostatic Painting
We provide professional electrostatic painting and repair for all alloy wheels on Cars / Motorcycles as well as for parts in Black, White, Silver, Charcoal, Gunmetal, and Gold.
Why Choose Electrostatic Powder Coating for Alloy Wheels?
Unlike conventional liquid paint, electrostatic powder coating is the exact OEM technique used on factory wheels. It delivers superior resistance to high brake temperatures, flawless aesthetics, and long-lasting protection for the metal.
The 3-Coat Process with Successive Oven Curing
With over 35 years of specialized experience, we make no compromises in surface preparation. Every set of wheels goes through a rigorous multi-stage coating process in the curing oven:

Complete removal of old paint via glass bead blasting and chemical dipping if necessary.
Primer Application
Electrostatic spray application of anti-corrosion primer powder followed by the 1st oven bake.
Color Powder Coating
Application of powder coat in your chosen color followed by the 2nd oven bake for complete leveling.
Protective Clear Coat & Curing
Application of Gloss or Matte clear coat followed by the final 3rd oven bake for maximum durability.

Frequently Asked Questions about Powder Coating
Can a bent or damaged wheel be powder coated?
Before any painting, we check the wheel's geometry. If there are bends or cracks, alloy wheel repair is performed first for complete safety.
How long does the powder coating process take?
Due to the thorough stripping stages and 3 successive oven bakes, a full set of 4 wheels is typically completed in 3 business days. Upon request and subject to availability, temporary loaner wheels can be provided so your vehicle remains mobile.
Do you paint motorcycle wheels and individual parts?
Yes! We have specialized services for motorcycle wheel painting as well as for swingarms, calipers, and metal parts.
Is wheel balancing included at the end?
Absolutely! After remounting the tyres, we perform precise electronic wheel balancing completely free of charge.
Friendly Tip!
We strongly recommend avoiding harsh, acid-based chemical cleaners — even on brand new wheels — as they contain aggressive compounds that degrade the protective clear coat and damage the paint over time.
