Rim Repair
With over 31 years of experience, we specialize in restoring bent and damaged alloy wheels, delivering high-quality results with safety as our top priority. Take a look at some of our completed projects below.
How Alloy Wheel Repair & Straightening is Done
With over 35 years of experience, we restore bent, cracked, or broken alloy wheels to factory safety specifications using the following precision process:
Diagnostic Inspection
We inspect your wheel on specialized dial-gauge machinery to detect radial and axial runout (bends), hairline cracks, or structural damage.
Hydraulic Press Straightening
We restore the wheel's true geometry using controlled hydraulic pressure, safeguarding the molecular integrity and strength of the aluminum.
Argon TIG Welding
For cracks or broken sections, we perform specialized Argon TIG welding using certified aluminum alloy filler for maximum structural reinforcement.
Lathe Machining & Surface Finishing
We machine the rim on a specialized lathe (if necessary) to ensure a perfectly true bead-sealing surface with minimal material removal. This prepares the wheel for tyre fitment or for powder coating upon request.
Final Inspection & FREE Wheel Balancing
We remount the tyre (if provided) and perform precise electronic wheel balancing completely free of charge for smooth, vibration-free driving.
