How Alloy Parts Powder Coating is Done

To restore the factory OEM shine or give a brand-new custom look to your Parts (in Silver, Charcoal, Black, Gunmetal, Gold, or White), we follow a rigorous 3-coat process with successive oven curing cycles:

1

Glass Bead Blasting (Stripping)

We clean the aluminum surface using fine glass bead blasting, completely stripping old paint layers to create a smooth, clean foundation.

2

Primer Application

We apply a specialized corrosion-resistant primer that ensures superior paint adhesion to the alloy surface and protects against high temperatures.

3

1st Oven Curing

The metal part is placed in the curing oven to bake and permanently bond the primer layer to the metal.

4

Powder Color Application

We electrostatically spray the powder coat in the color of your choice (OEM Silver, Gunmetal, Black, etc.), evenly covering the whole surface.

5

2nd Oven Curing

The metal part is cured in the oven once again so the powder color melts, levels, and reaches maximum structural durability.

6

Protective Clear Coat (Gloss or Matte)

We apply the protective clear coat of your choice, Gloss or Matte, for enhanced resistance against scratches and chemicals.

7

3rd Oven Curing & Final Set

With the third and final oven cure, the clear coat hardens into a rock-solid, durable, factory-grade finish.
