How White Alloy Wheel Powder Coating is Done

To achieve a deep, uniform finish on white alloy wheels, whether you prefer Gloss White or Matte White, we follow a comprehensive 3-coat process with successive oven curing cycles:

1

Wheel Inspection & Straightening

Before beginning the painting process, we check that the wheel is completely straight and free of cracks. If needed, alloy wheel repair is performed first for maximum safety.

2

Glass Bead Blasting (Stripping)

We clean the aluminum surface using fine glass bead blasting, completely stripping old paint layers to create a smooth, clean foundation.

3

Primer Application

We apply a specialized corrosion-resistant primer that ensures superior paint adhesion to the alloy surface and protects against high brake temperatures.

4

1st Oven Curing

The wheel is placed in the curing oven to bake and permanently bond the primer layer to the metal.

5

White Powder Application

We electrostatically spray the white powder coat, evenly covering the spokes, recesses, and inner barrel of the wheel.

6

2nd Oven Curing

The wheel is cured in the oven once again so the white color melts, levels, and reaches maximum structural durability.

7

Protective Clear Coat (Gloss or Matte)

We apply the protective clear coat of your choice, Gloss or Matte, for enhanced resistance against scratches and chemicals.

8

3rd Oven Curing & Final Set

With the third and final oven cure, the clear coat hardens into a rock-solid, durable, factory-grade white finish.

9

Final Inspection & FREE Wheel Balancing

We remount the tyre and perform precise electronic wheel balancing completely free of charge for smooth, vibration-free driving.
